About Us
Meet the Artist
Jason W. Davitt was born in New York City to a pair of Coast Guard parents, and attended both the United States Coast Guard Academy and the University of Houston. By day, he's a mild-mannered automation engineer, solving problems for off-shore oil platforms involving HMI interfaces, PLC ladder logic, Allen-Bradley control packages, and designing systems in AutoCad Electrical.

By night, when he's not playing video games, enjoying TTRPGs, petting cats, or pestering his wife, he's the artist behind The Ruin. He also created the principle system design and design aesthetic for our own TTRPG in 2024: Mist & Memory.
Meet the Author
Deborah L. Davitt was born in Washington state at an Army hospital, but grew up in Reno, Nevada. She received her Master's degree in English from Penn State with a focus in medieval and Renaissance literature, and spent the next seventeen years as a technical writer working on projects from nuclear missile submarines to the International Space Station to personal computers.
