Imagine a world that nearly ended, brought to the brink of annihilation by a curse known as The Ruin. A world where soaring elven cities once coursed the air, but were felled and brought to earth by powerful magics. A world where dragons flew through the skies and fought against demons in a Great War that leveled society as the ancients once knew it.

Now imagine a world based on the ruins of that one. Where people seek to claw their way back up, using magic and technology to regain their ancestors' secrets. What would you do, in such a world? How would you live? And what would you do to survive?
